Peterborough Presents is seeking a new Programme Assistant to work with us for 22.5 hours per week.
You will join our small, fun and creative team providing administrative and marketing support and also support the delivery of an exciting range of events and activities in the community. You will report directly to the Programme Director.
As Programme Assistant you will be based at Chauffeurs Cottage, St Peters Rd, Peterborough, PE1 1YX. Some home working is possible. You will also be required to work at events and meetings across the city.
This is a part-time, fixed term post until end January 2025, working 22.5 hours a week. The contract may be extended beyond January 2025 subject to funding. The hours can be completed in 3 days or split across a number of days.
Though not exclusively, we are keen to hear from applicants who live in Peterborough, particularly from the communities in which we work (Millfield, Eye, Westwood and Ortons). We would welcome applicants with transferable skills gained from community, voluntary and social settings that can contribute to the work of Peterborough Presents.
The salary is £20,343 – £22,255 pro rata, subject to experience. This equates to £12,206 – £13,353 for 22.5 hours per week.
