About the Westwoof Dog Walk/Meet up

Sunday 5 February 2023

1pm – 3pm (drop-in, no need to book)

Field in front of High Lees Primary school, Westwood play park

Children welcome and must be accompanied by an adult.

Join us for a walk and sniff of a pop-up art display featuring local doggy superstars. Westwoof is an art project which celebrates some of Westwood & Ravensthorpe’s local four-legged residents. See gorgeous pawtraits by Sacred Black Tattoo Studio artists Marcin Gibala, Raffaell Wolkowicz, and CoralineAnn.

Free dog treats for all!

Free books for primary school aged children hidden around the area. Find one and keep one!

People without dogs are also welcome to come along and see the art display, which will be up until Sunday 24 Feb.

A few friendly reminders

– Please keep your dog on lead and respect other dogs if they need space.

– All owners are responsible for their dogs.

– Wrap up warm! We plan to go ahead unless there is very heavy rain or snow. Us dog owners are good at braving the weather so our pooches get their daily exercise!

– Please clean up after your dog. We will have a few spare poo bags with us.

– Please check with the owner first before approaching another dog.
