A poem about Millfield
Watch this gorgeous poem by Faith Falayi, Peterborough Young Poet Laureate 2019-21!
At Millfield Festival 2021, we invited artists and poets to spend a day “in residence” – which means hanging out at a space in Millfield for the day and finding inspiration. Faith’s day was spent walking around Millfield with Deljit Singh and Hazel Perry, learning about the history of the area. Faith then wrote this poem about the streets of Millfield!
