Digging Down Building Up – Eye Village Launch

Join us as we kick off our planning for Light Up Eye lantern parade with an Eye memories café and heritage quiz for the family. This year we are ‘Digging Down and Building Up’ – exploring Eye’s working history to inspire the lantern parade and a new heritage trail.
Window Wanderland
March 7,8,9, 2024
We are working with Eye to create Peterborough’s first ‘Window Wanderland’. Which is a national project that has lit 100’s of towns and cities throughout the UK, its a project that encourages communities to come together to light up their neighbourhood and to create some shiny joy in the darkest half of the year.

Seats of Change by Fae Kilburn is a collection of 20 chairs displayed around Peterborough. The collection symbolises disabled people’s experiences of seating in public places, and each piece has a different quote relating to disability. Powerful phrases of frustration, pain, hope, and joy are displayed on each chair.
