We are partnering with Anchor Group in Dogsthorpe to host a community Eid Party for women & kids in the local area! We are looking for 4-5 stalls to sell goods or services to be part of the event. We are looking for things like:
- Jewellery & accessories
- Clothing
- Snacks / desserts (must have food hygiene certification)
- Arts & crafts

For women & children in the Dogsthorpe & surrounding areas
Expect a vibrant, fun-filled afternoon. We’ll have a top-quality female DJ from Asian Events playing music, a mix of creative activities for all ages to get involved in. As well as that, a talented group of artists will be live painting and drawing throughout the event, making Eid / Islamic-inspired artworks. We’ll also have free biryani and samosas for the first 100 people who attend.
The theme is green!
Interested?
Stalls cost £10, payable as cash on the day. You keep all profit you make.
We will provide 1-2 tables and 2-4 chairs. If you’d prefer to bring your own, you can.
Set up timings: 11am – 1:30pm
Event timings: 2pm – 6pm
All traders must have their own liability insurance. Proof will be required.
All traders selling homemade food must have their own food hygiene certification. Proof will be required.
Priority given to businesses / individuals with PE1 postcode.
Priority given to creative and cultural stalls e.g fashion, accessories, artworks, henna.
Limited spaces available. First come, first serve.
