In partnership with The Focus Venue, The Anchor Group, and a group of passionate local residents, we are putting on another Eid Party for women & children in Dogsthorpe and the surrounding local area! Join us for an afternoon of fun, food, games, and creative activities.

Open to all women + children (boys aged 9 and under welcome too)

What To Expect
Expect a vibrant, fun-filled afternoon into evening. We’ll have a top-quality female DJ playing music, a mix of creative activities for all ages to get involved in. As well as that, we’ll have games, prizes, a 360 photobooth, face painting, balloons, disney mascots, and gorgeous decorations. Free food and drinks also available for you to enjoy while you take part in this community celebration.
You can turn up any time and stay for as long or as little as you want!
There will be a small selection of cultural stalls selling Eid-related goodies and snacks. Everyone will get a free raffle ticket when they arrive, and a prize draw to win some freebies.

Access Information
This event is intended for women and children of all communities, to come together and celebrate Eid.
There will be a live DJ for most of the event, as well as people chatting so it is likely to be noisy
The Focus Centre is wheelchair accessible with an accessible toilet.
There is a slight slope with handrails either side as you approach the front door.
Small car park directly outside the centre, with 2 blue badge spaces available out the front door.
The nearest bus stops are on Central Avenue: Central Avenue Shops, Central Avenue Church. These bus stops serve the 5 and 5A bus routes. Please check with stagecoach for more information on the Sunday timetable.
