A new women’s only group for wellbeing, creativity, and most importantly – time for you! From sewing to pampering, each week an activity will focus on supporting your wellbeing.

What to expect
A women-only space where you can take time for you in a supportive, relaxed environment. Featuring a different wellbeing or creative activity every week, you’ll get the opportunity to relax, have a bit of a chat, make new friends, and learn something new. All in aid of supporting your wellbeing!
Open to all women aged 16+.
First session on 23rd April – hand-sewing and embellishing pamper bags with artist Ramona Zadissa. All materials will be provided, but if you do sewing at home, feel free to bring your own bits to work on too!

The session is two hours long and will be at a relaxed pace where you can dip in and out of the creative activity.
The activity will involve hand-sewing using sewing needles, thread, fabric, fabric pens, and embellishments. You will be provided with a hand-sewn tote bag that you can accessorise and take home to use however you wish. Ideal for storing your pampering potions and lotions or other creative bits and bobs! Artist Ramona Zadissa will be on-hand to help bring your ideas to life if hand-sewing is not accessible for you.
