Graffiti, paper aeroplanes, a scavenger hunt, a cake parade… there’s something for everyone at Westwood Encounters!
Westwood Encounters is all about having fun and being playful. There are loads of interesting activities for you to have a go at on your walk home from school, or to the shops, or on special occasions. Make memories with your family and friends and try something different!
Our Westwood community panel chose a brilliant team of artists & creatives to bring you some feel-good, fun, and tasty activities between May and July 2023.

11-13 May: After School Paint Sesh
This one is for bored teens on your walk home from school. Join Nikki and Keith for an after school paint sesh, featuring giant paper aeroplane making and massive painting/doodling.
18 June: Father’s Day Scavenger Hunt
One for dads and families to complete together! Hunt around the streets of Westwood, and find puzzle pieces that build together to create a special momento to take home. More info coming soon.
6 July: Community Party!
Join us for a teatime picnic at the park, with a giant cake sculpture, cake parade, kid’s talent show, and more to be revealed soon!
