Displayed around Peterborough are over 30 t-shirts, each with a different slogan about deafness, disability, and/or neurodivergence. (DDN for short)
Thursday 11 September until mid October
To mark the 30 th anniversary of the Disability Discrimination Act, and over a 100 years of DDN people protesting for equality, artist Fae Kilburn has created these t-shirts with individuals and community groups around Peterborough and across the UK.
We hope that these t-shirts start conversations and challenge negative perceptions.
About Reasonable Adjustments
This event is part of a project called Reasonable Adjustment 2.0. The aim of the project is to mark the 30th anniversary of the Disability Discrimination Act, and 15th anniversary of the Equality Act. We are using these anniversaries to make artworks that capture honest feelings and experiences of what it’s like to be Deaf, Disabled, and/or Neurodivergent (DDN).

- or on Tuesday mornings (9am – 12pm), Thursday and Saturday afternoons (2pm – 5pm) during staffed hours, and Thursday and Friday evenings 6pm to 7pm during volunteer hours
