We are recruiting for the following event volunteers
Light Up Eye Parade Assistants –Parade Assistants play a key role in ensuring the enjoyment of the parade for participants and audience. Your role will be to share the event information with the public before and during the parade, supporting the audience / participants safely around the parade route.
Event Assistants:Event Assistants provide an essential and invaluable service during the event and in the lead up. You may be allocated a place on the parade route to look after, waiting for audiences and performances to arrive etc and directing them. You may also be needed to help set-up or staff other spaces being used for the parade e.g. Manor Farm Community Centre etc
Artists Assistants: Artists assistants will help ensure that the professional and community artists have the necessary equipment, costumes available and get to their performance area at the right times in the performance.
With your support we can make Light Up Eye a brilliant event for the whole community. Have a read of the full role descriptions or just get in touch (see below). We can support you with travel costs and will ensure you have food and refreshments on the day.
