A community arts festival
In 2022 Millfield Festival returned to New England Rec playpark for an afternoon of community music, dance, arts & crafts workshops, street art murals, a magical history tent, community food and information stalls, and loads more. The headline spectacle this year was a community carnival made up of thirty local families and dancers.
The festival wouldn’t have been possible without our wonderful friends and partners. On stage we had people from Lithuania, China, Bengal, India, East Timor, and many more communities. We love that people from Millfield come from all over the world, and the festival celebrates the different, vibrant communities.

If you have any sort of connection or love of Iqbal’s life, philosophy, and poetry, we would love for you to be one of our Community Lecturers!
