Sign up to enter Westwood’s Got Talent – a kid’s talent show happening at our Community Party on Thursday 6th July 2023

We are looking for talented kids and teens living in Westwood and Ravensthorpe to enter our version of Westwood’s Got Talent! Is your child a budding Adele or the next Peter Kay? Do they have a passion for performing? If you are an aspiring performer aged under 18, 0r the parent/guardian of someone in that age bracket, keep reading!

Westwood’s Got Talent is their chance to wow a local crowd, take their moment in the spotlight, and go home with prizes.

Key Information:

Westwood’s Got Talent is open to singers, dancers, poets, musicians, comedians, and all other performance acts. Solo acts only.

There are two categories you can enter:

– 7 – 12 yrs category

– 13 – 18 yrs category

All entrants will be given a prize reward for taking part and the winners of each category will be given vouchers.

All entrants must bring their own backing tracks or instruments. We will have a microphone, mic stand, and a speaker.

To keep things fair, if we get more people signing up than we can fit in, we will draw names out of a hat.

The final will take place outside at Westwood Playpark, field between Highlees Primary School and Stafford Hall on Thursday 6th July, 5pm – 8pm.

You can send us video or audio files as attachments, or as a link to a Google Drive or via WeTransfer file sharing services.

Your video does not need to be professional, it can be recorded on a phone. This is just so we can see / hear an example of your performance.

Westwood’s Got Talent is free to enter and free to watch!

Once you have sent an email to us, we will send you a form that you will need to fill in.
