Past Projects
What’s Been Happening?
Here are some of the past projects we have loved creating with communities across Peterborough.
‘It’s Millfield’, a song
Listen: A warm, cheesy, feel-good song about Millfield! Original poem by Judita Grubliene set to music by James Harrison and Egle Marcinkeviciene.
Bretton Royalty
Bretton Royalty (summer 2021) was inspired by a Bretton resident’s experiences of feeling like royalty during the 1995 Bretton Festival, when she was ‘Bretton Festival princess’ for the day. We extended this feeling of being made to feel special by your community, and celebrated Bretton residents.
Blink of an Eye
Blink of an Eye was one of our small commissions in Eye. Peterborough Presents wanted to use this short project to connect, develop and work with a local creative.
Mint
Mint used art and creativity to reconnect with life and positive mental health as we emerged from the pandemic in Spring 2021. Artists Sam Roddan, Sue Shields and Emily Bowers to produced a series of workshops and projects that took the herb Mint as it’s inspiration.
Westwood Walkway
